Extensive previous automobile selling experience is not of primary importance, although an appreciation of fine automobiles and technology will be an asset. We are more concerned with the ability to communicate, a friendly straightforward personality, as well as the ability to understand and work with leasing/financing applications. Training, both in-house as well as in conjunction with BMW Canada is provided. Alberta AMVIC licensing requirements will also be mandatory.
